Personaly i think you're all as bad as each other, "Self-esteem is evil" are you serious? An over-inflated ego is evil, but self-esteem leads to people accomplishing things they never would have without it. "faith" leads to pride no matter what you do purely because you will always look down on those without it, and don't insult my intelect by denying this feeling because its human nature, we always want to be sure we are higher in the pile than the dude next to us.

You have a religion if you have a set of undemonstrable beliefs about the "supernatural" that include expectations for your behavior. Period. I'm sure this guy's beliefs about his "redemption" qualify. Aren't the mind games that believers play with themselves ridiculous?
